Return shipping cost
The website will cover return shipping cost or refund only in cases when items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by Customer Service Teams to be defective.
Otherwise, no abnormalities in our quality under the service will not provide return. Please contact us for the best solution.
PLEASE ATTENTION:
All products are made to orders, and personalized products can not be returned due to their customized elements unless there is an issue with the products quality. In this case, please return it to us and we will either replace the product or give you a refund - Our products are all hand-made according to the order, so minor defects are unavoidable, please understand.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility for the customer. Under no circumstance does the site reimburse for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.
If a product is damaged or defective, and customers insist of returning, we will make arrangements with our factory as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to us.
